We, Aspera GmbH, undertake to strictly comply with the legal provisions on privacy, as currently governed in particular by the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz, TMG).

We collect the following user information in the meaning of the TMG and use it as follows:

Access log files recording in particular the user?s static or dynamic IP address, the pages visited, the browser type, referrer addresses, access date and time are stored on the servers.
