CMM allows you to administrate and communicate software procurement master agreements even in complex organizational structures.

Based on the organizational units defined in SmartTrack, you can exactly define to which parts of your company certain contract parts are to apply and who should have access to them. This extension module, of course, also permits the freely scalable representation of enrolment structures which - similar to main contracts - can also be individually assigned to certain organizational units.

All contract details such as contract and enrolment numbers, periods of validity, discount levels, milestone checks, maintenance options and enrolled companies are recorded. Thanks to the integration of license data in the license management, CMM can automatically monitor the current utilisation of agreed volumes. Gantt diagrams showing important contract parameters provide a quick overview of essential status information.

Active contract management with dedicatet functions for the management and analysis of license agreements is an indispensable component of every license management system. In addition to more static functions such as the electronic archiving of contract documents, the ongoing monitoring of maintenance agreements and time-limited licenses plays a key role in this context. Moreover, the terms of master agreements for the procurement of software are often directly linked to the utilization of the agreed volumes within a defined period of time. As a result, license agreements are subject to dynamics requiring special treatment of this type of contracts.
