Account Manager International (m/f)

Based in Aachen or as remote employee

Your responsibilities include:
  • Relationship management with relevant decision-makers, especially in addition to and via operational/technical Aspera contacts.
  • Contact person for technical and commercial matters of day-to-day business, in particular for the negotiation of contract renewals, extensions and new contracts.
  • Long-term, cooperative customer care, together with our consulting and service delivery colleagues.
  • Presentation of the Aspera portfolio and development of customer integration and loyalty as well as identification of up-selling potential and acquisition of services within the framework of a comprehensive customer care concept and the development of further Group divisions.
  • Planning of existing customer marketing and support of general activities
  • You will work together in an international team as well as with different internal departments in a network.
Your qualifications:
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a B2B software company
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English and a sales driven personality
  • Enjoying customer contact and high customer-orientation
  • You have excellent listening skills, are creative and solution oriented
  • You are passionate, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team environment
  • You are energized and you have a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude
