International Sales Developer (m/f)

In order to further extend our growing international business we want to strengthen our sales team in UK and Aachen with a dedicated:

International Sales Developer (m/f)

Based in UK or as remote employee

  • Create and develop new opportunities (add leads and prospects to the pipeline) by:

    • Researching, identifying, and actively prospecting for new clients based on Aspera’s ideal customer profile and buyer personas via inbound and outbound marketing channels and activities (via Linkedin, Twitter, Blogs and other social media and other relevant communications channels).
    • Qualification of inbound marketing leads generated by marketing campaigns

  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology and record this information together with all prospect and customer interactions in Aspera’s CRM.
  • Passing on accurate and complete information to the field sales teams in a timely manner
  • Schedule quality appointments and meetings with qualified prospects for the fields sales teams
  • Assist the sales and marketing team at local customer events such as tradeshows, partner and private end-user events
Your qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Sales
  • You speak English natively. And being well versed in German would be great.
  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a B2B software company
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in the required language(s) and a sales driven personality
  • You have excellent listening skills, are creative and solution oriented
  • You are passionate, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team environment
  • You are energized and you have a strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive “can-do” attitude
  • High customer-orientation and business acumen
  • You are willing to travel in UK and Europe
