Katja Samland is the Business Unit Manager for the Customer Service Center at Aspera and responsible for the overall product portfolio of the Knowledge Services. She started in 2008 at Aspera and has managed successfully several global license management projects for international enterprises. Katja has over 15 years of experience within the IT industry which includes: Project Management, Database Management, IT Service Desk, IT Change Management and Configuration Management. She studied Social Sciences and Humanities and has a Master degree in Business Informatics.
