SmartTrack by Aspera nominated at the IT Innovation Forum in Paris

License management platform sees increased SAM demand in the French market

Boston, MA/Aachen, Germany: April 23, 2015 - At the recent IT Innovation Forum in Paris, Aspera presented SmartTrack, its strategic solution for Software License Management (SLM). The nomination of SmartTrack for innovation in IT reflects the growing interest of French companies in the broader industry of Software Asset Management (SAM), and the expansion of Aspera into the French market.

Olaf Diehl, Managing Director of Aspera, explains, "While Software Asset Management is new technological ground for many French companies, there is a growing realization that waiting and working with manual solutions have no future. We increasingly receive requests from France and have been working with the first French enterprises—successfully, of course. For software audits, Aspera is the perfect partner with technology and services that provide the solutions to satisfy even the largest companies."

Aspera opened an office in Paris last year following its location in Boston, MA, and locations in Aachen and Marburg in Germany. The SmartTrack technology and global Aspera website are available in the French language, and native French speakers provide service and support to French-speaking prospects and customers both locally and at the Aachen headquarters.
